I think I'm going to lay a small amount on the underdog, Nicholson. Reason: Wladimir, for a big man, fights scared. His chin is weak, and if he gets hit, he's in trouble. Everyone knows this. Ross Puritty sparred and worked with Sanders for his fight with Klitschko and now he's working with Nicholson. I just think Nicholson is going to go for the KO like Sanders, and if he lands a good shot, Wladimir could be in trouble. I still think Wladimir is having flashback nightmares about his KO loss to Sanders. Don't get me wrong, Wladimir is a much better fighter by far... but it won't hurt to lay a hundred on Nicholson for +650 incase the upset does happen. I took it at wsex.
When I first started wagering on boxing I would bet alot on these big underdogs hoping to cash in, problem is it dont happen very often. So you have to chose them carefully. That being said I really dought it if Wladimir Klitschko will be loosing this fight as he is on a mission to be the champ along with his brother so he is out to make a statment and doesnt want another embarasing loss like the one to sanders. The only thing i see throwing off his game is his training as he and his brother train together and he has had to move training sites probably not a big deal but worth noting may help him if he picks up some of his brothers fire. As I said I bet these dogs very little but did win a nice one on Spinks last weekend +325 but you start to get much hire than that and its usually easy money for the books.Just my opinion. Shit like that burns me for a long time. My problem is... I can't erase the image of Wladimir going down from one decent punch like a sack of potatoes. I think everyone he faces will attack him now, going for the KO. I'm playing with winnings so no big deal. I would never pull out the credit card on a dog.

Agreed. Wlad may have shown a weak chin in his last outing, but I strongly feel that he was not 100% prepared for that fight versus Sanders. I remember Wladimir's body being very dry upon entering the ring. He had taken his opponent lightly. After having been on cruise-control for so long, I am sure that he felt invincible at that stage of his career.
Now, he has regained that focus. I feel that if he were to step back in the ring with Sanders, he would be victorious. Sanders' skills seem to be of the most rudimentary.

I agree Wladimir is a great boxer. But if you take the fight to him, attack him... hurt him in any way, he will lose confidence. Another example is when he took a few jabs from Ray Mercer... he kept talking about it, obviously bothered him. Made something out of nothing. Now, I'm not saying Nicholson will be the one to ko him... but trust me, he will not beat a tough guy with a chin and a punch. I agree. I've seen Nicholson fight on a few occasions and he'll stick to boxing, keeping Wladimir at a distance with his jab. I see this being a boring fight, with Nicholson fighting just to survive, wearing out the souls of his running shoes... and Wladimir won't press the action too much as he'll be wary of getting nailed with a big punch again. I see it going into the later rounds, maybe even a decision.

I'll tell you this... Wladimir will get Ko'd again once he fights someone with a decent chin who can punch. Vitali, on the other hand, is probably the top guy besides Lennox Lewis. I found out that Lewis will be fighting Vitali next, and he's going into a 12 week (3 month) training camp to get in shape. I pick an in shape Lewis to beat Vitali. Also: Michael Moore challenge Joe Mesi... which is a fight I think Mesi should take next.
What do I expect? Are you serious? Heres what I expect: I expect Universum (which is run by a bunch of clowns) to not search the ends of the earth for the two biggest tomato cans in the heavyweight division. Hows that? They are idiots. That can only have a negative effect on his mentality. They are pretty much telling him that they think there is too big of a risk in him fighting a Rahman or Ruiz or anyone with a pulse.
